I saw these guys play tonight. It was strange seeing an English band in Berlin and, for the first few moments' walk to the U-Bahn afterwards, I was back in London. In the middle of the gig, they had a killer run that included their latest single and two great new songs that brought back their simultaneous surface dancey simplicity and hidden intricacy.
